Are you really being sued by/for kids?

Plaintiff Jon Carpenter

In May 2008, Plaintiff Jon Carpenter filed lawsuits against 80+ pharmacies in the greater Los Angeles area, from Northridge, to Carson, and as far East as Monterey Park.  The lawsuits alleged discrimination, and suggested that the pharmacies did not provide Mr. Carpenter with Braille, auxiliary devices for hearing impairment and parking.  Many have questioned whether Mr. Carpenter actually needs many of the accommodations his lawsuits appear to contend he requires, and how he could reasonably seek those costly accommodations from 80+ pharmacies over a 600 square mile area.
